Autumn has arrived and, alas, we have to say goodbye to the heat and the long swims in the pool.
Would you believe me if I told you that what I miss at most is my daily swim in the pool? All in all, I can do without the heat of the summer but when it comes to my daily dip in the pool … Those who have been our guest in recent months won’t do a big effort to believe me. For those who haven’t been here yet, I would like to give a brief description of my first hours of the day.
To sum up: wake up at 8:00, breakfast on the terrace and swim in the pool. Up to here I would say “not bad”. But the best thing, at least to me, happens immediately after having took my nice dip in the pool.
Because at this moment I take 10 minutes of relaxation by looking at the city from a truly magnificent point of view. The terrace of the VIU is a magical place. To the ones who love Milan, this view is always amazing.
On one side you can see the mountains with Monte Rosa and the other snow-covered peaks, on the other side the bustling city.
This is what I call a privilege.
