Maybe not everyone knows that … Pisco is the equivalent of our beloved brandy.
A drink of great tradition and with ancient origins. Consider that it is a drink made from the distillation of white and rosé wine, be it aromatic or not. Despite being distilled wine, it is not part of the brandy family because it does not undergo any ageing process.
Our Mixology Food Bar, the Bulk, is protagonist of the Milan Pisco Week, held from 28th September to 8th October 2017. A week dedicated to the discovery of cocktails based on Peruvian Pisco.
Here is our Inka Sour cocktail’s recipe by Ivan Patruno, bartender at Bulk, which is located in the Hotel
VIU Milan.
The ingredients to be mixed are: 4.5 cl Pisco, 2 cl Italicus Rosolio of Bergamot, 2 cl squeezed lime, 3 cl
pasteurized egg white, 1.5 cl maple syrup.There are different types of Peruvian Pisco, choose your favourite:
